The Avodah is a consulting practice that delivers impact through purpose-perspective. With over 30-years of hands-on experience, we help leaders and organizations lift out of the daily grind and see the forest. Our goal is to deliver a big picture impact in the daily details.
The Avodah takes a hands-on approach: We jump in side by side to gain understanding, facilitate workshops to empower your team to create clear strategic plans, guide implementation of impactful programs, support C-level leaders with one-on-one advising, provide coaching and professional development to leaders and teams at all levels.
We help align purpose with the work, because we believe when you work with purpose, you lead and live with passion.
We are created to work.
The word “work” doesn’t quite capture the true meaning like the Hebrew word Avodah. Avodah can be defined as the integration of work, purpose and service. Work isn’t just what we do – it’s how we create meaning and serve others.
You don't waste your life where you work, but why and how you work.
